Juan Carlos Esclusa M., Managing Director of BFI Capital, has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking practice, including structured finance, and strategic advisory services. He has participated in debt transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and private placements across various sectors and markets.

Professional with a background in computer engineering and finance, combines a strong analytical capacity with extensive experience in financial modeling, data analysis and design of customized financing solutions.
